Psychodiagnostics

Understanding first

Before treatment begins, the different perspectives, recurring interaction patterns and existing strengths are carefully explored. Safety and the suitability of working together are also assessed.

Conversations and carefully selected questionnaires form the basis of a shared understanding of the relationship and recommendations for treatment. The findings are discussed together and expanded or refined where needed.

€695,- complete diagnostic process
01Joint conversation

The concerns bringing you here, desired changes and recurring interaction patterns are explored. Moments when contact and connection work well also receive attention.

02Individual conversations

There is room for personal experiences, concerns and protective factors. Relevant information is incorporated carefully and transparently into the shared clinical understanding.

03Questionnaires and interpretation

Selected measures support the exploration of relationship patterns, needs and wellbeing. Findings are always interpreted alongside conversations and personal context.

04Findings and recommendations

The conversations and diagnostic findings are brought together in a clear report. Recurring patterns, existing strengths and treatment priorities are discussed, with room to refine the understanding further.

Focused treatment

The pathway consists of thirteen sessions. Diagnostic findings guide treatment and provide the foundation for work on safety, insight, repair and lasting change. Progress is evaluated midway through and at completion, keeping treatment focused on the concerns bringing you here.

Sessions 8–12

Restoring connection

We help identify and interrupt recurring patterns, express important needs more clearly and restore contact sooner.

Session 7

Midpoint evaluation

We repeat the relevant measures, compare them with the starting point and discuss what has changed, what remains difficult and where further refinement is needed.

Session 13

Evaluation and report

We conclude the process by discussing the findings together, identifying meaningful changes and areas that still need attention, and agreeing on the way forward.

Evaluation and next steps

Understanding what has changed

Progress is reviewed systematically throughout treatment and at its conclusion. Repeated measures help make change visible, but are always interpreted alongside the conversations and experiences throughout the process.

The findings clarify what has changed, which areas still need attention and what next steps may be appropriate.

Progress

We compare relevant indicators with the starting point.

Clinical interpretation

Measurement results are always interpreted alongside personal experiences and clinical observations.

Next steps

After treatment, clear guidance remains available to help sustain and strengthen the changes achieved.

Practical questions

Why does treatment begin with diagnostics?

Psychodiagnostics carefully explores different perspectives, recurring relationship patterns and treatment priorities. Safety and the suitability of working together in treatment are also assessed. This provides a clear, well-founded starting point for treatment.

Why thirteen sessions?

The planned pathway allows time for safety, understanding, repair and sustaining change. Needs and progress are discussed throughout. If an adjustment is needed, it is considered carefully together.

Can one partner begin?

The complimentary introduction can take place individually or together. Whether diagnostics or treatment can begin individually is assessed beforehand, taking account of the concerns, circumstances and clinical suitability.

What does completion involve?

The diagnostic findings and changes experienced are discussed, along with any areas that still need attention. These inform a practical plan for what comes next. The interim and final reviews are included in the treatment process.
